The ZS-L2500 is a four-way pallet shuttle from ZS ROBOTICS, a battery-powered robot that runs inside pallet racking and travels in all four directions to store and retrieve pallets in high-density automated warehouses. It carries 2500 kg, weighs 400 kg and measures 1310 x 1010 x 180 mm, travelling at up to 0.8 m/s, and is suited to large load storage. It runs on a 48V/50AH battery for 8–10 h of operation and is certified to CE, UL & CSA Certified standards. ZS ROBOTICS equips its shuttles with a 15-sensor safety system fusing 6 lidar and 4 time-of-flight sensors, dual positioning detection, and pallet detection that checks pallets front and rear, spots offset pallets and recognises hollow or incomplete loads. Its 20-wheel drive system, which the company calls an industry first, reduces rail stress by about 30%. The shuttle works with ZS ROBOTICS' lifts, conveyors and the ZSmart platform, which orchestrates movements across levels and aisles in a pallet AS/RS installation.
