The ZEPU-AI2 upper extremity feedback training and evaluation system is Zepu's upper-limb rehabilitation robot, registered for patients with upper-limb motor impairment after stroke. An ergonomic, adjustable 6-DOF manipulator supports the weight of the arm and lets therapists set single-joint one-dimensional movement or multi-joint two- and three-dimensional movement as needed, with weight compensation for the upper and lower arm and grip-strength measurement. The arm switches between left and right sides at one touch and recognises which arm is being trained. Built-in motivating feedback games and standardised assessment tools analyse the patient's abilities, a wireless link connects the robot to its display, and patient, prescription and course management are integrated. Zepu also lists shoulder subluxation and shoulder-hand syndrome, arthritis and post-fracture recovery, and age-related upper-limb weakness as applications. It is a registered Class II medical device in Shandong province, intended for use in medical institutions by qualified staff rather than for personal use.
