Titan-S-TS-15 is DF Automation & Robotics' flagship heavy-duty AMR and the highest-payload platform in its range, carrying and lifting up to 1.5 tonnes for manufacturing and distribution, including standard pallets placed directly on its deck. The low 1,360 x 960 x 330 mm platform lifts 80 mm, drives at 1 m/s laden or 2 m/s unladen on a differential drive with brushless motors, climbs up to 4.3 degrees and navigates by laser natural features. A 48 V, 64 Ah LiFePO4 battery runs it for about 12 hours and recharges in about 3 hours with automatic docking, safety-grade laser scanners and front and rear 3D cameras protect people, and an RS-485 interface eases integration.
