Core (formerly RO1)

BESCHREIBUNG

Core is Standard Bots' workhorse arm and the model the company built its name on - sold until recently as the RO1, and still served from that address. It is a six-axis collaborative robot carrying 18 kg over a 1.3 m reach, starting at $37,000, and the company positions it as the most advanced yet most affordable six-axis robot on the market. It moves at up to 3 m/s and repeats to within 0.025 mm. Vision is optional but pre-integrated: a built-in 3D camera lets it locate and pick objects from a table and read machine screens, for instance to check whether a machine is still running. It plugs directly into grippers, conveyors, seventh-axis lifts and linear actuators with no drivers or configuration, and it is mobile-base ready. Its base locks into place without being bolted into concrete, so a cell can be moved rather than rebuilt. Standard Bots sells it outright or on a lease that includes repairs, training and support, with on-site installation at cost, remote diagnostics over the internet and whole-arm replacement under warranty. Programming is through the same no-code app and SDK as the rest of the range.
