The X1 spin is the rotating-platform variant of SAFELOG's X1 series. Its central lifting unit, with 80 mm stroke, can turn independently of the robot, so racks, crates and pallets of up to 1,200 kg can be realigned without moving the vehicle - useful in confined goods-to-person stations. Like the X1 lift it has a differential drive that turns on the spot and drives at up to 1.0 m/s loaded (1.6 m/s empty). Per its datasheet it measures 840 x 820 x 367 mm, weighs 232 kg, positions to +/-5 mm and runs about 1.7 hours under load on a 24 V 21 Ah LiFePO4 battery charged inductively in about 20 minutes.
