RUNPICK ist ein Industrial-Robot von KNAPP. Er ist für Materialhandhabung, Palettieren, Kommissionierung ausgelegt.

RUNPICK (Robotic Universal Picker) is KNAPP's robotic system for fully automated full-case picking and mixed-case palletizing, built for preparing store deliveries in food wholesale and large general retail as well as healthcare and fashion. It places different cases and handling units onto pallets or into roll containers quickly and in little space, then secures the load for transport, so carriers leave the system ready to ship. Pack units are stored in KNAPP's Evo Shuttle and retrieved in the optimal sequence, while KiSoft Pack Master calculates the packing pattern in advance from customer order data for stability, density, shipping and store-friendliness, minimising the number of pallets and truck space. RUNPICK unloads up to four pack units from a tray at once and rotates, tilts and groups them before the robot places them, and its multi-case picking puts up to six pack units on the load carrier per cycle for higher throughput. It handles all common pack formats in dry goods, fresh and frozen areas. An image-processing system checks for clearance and a measuring station records item dimensions, finished loads are wrapped in film, and slip-sheet handling runs fully automatically from a magazine. Its modular design allows upgrades such as roll-container handling.
