P30Q is an indoor heavy-duty AGV with two roller conveyors on top, so it can transfer several pallets at once, built on the chassis Yeefung developed for its parking AGVs. Four sets of differential drive wheels give it omnidirectional movement including crabbing and on-the-spot rotation, and laser plus magnetic-spot navigation positions it to +/-5 mm. It measures 3540 x 2680 x 570 mm, carries 3000 kg, travels at up to 3 m/s, and positions to +/-5mm. Power comes from a 48V Lithium 270Ah battery with automatic or manual charging; it communicates over WLAN, and E-stops, non-contact and mechanical protection plus a SZ-V04 laser obstacle scanner keep it safe.
