BESCHREIBUNG

OPTi3 is the small welding cobot in Neuromeka's OPTi pair: 3 kg of payload, 940 mm of reach and a 630 mm envelope, at about 11 kg — light enough to move between jobs, which is the point for a welding shop that does not have a fixed cell. It keeps the family's welding-oriented axis layout and quick wrist: J1 and J2 run at 175 deg/s, J3 at 180 and the wrist three at 220, for a 1 m/s tool speed, repeating to 0.1 mm. Joint travel is J1/J4/J6 plus or minus 360 degrees, J2 and J3 150 degrees and J5 130. The body is rated IP54. As on the OPTi5, collision detection is sensorless and the arm can be taught by hand through impedance control, so setup does not need a robot programmer.
