The NarGoD40 is TWINNY's delivery robot for multi-floor buildings. It delivers items autonomously across floors of high-rise buildings, operating elevators on its own, and has a display for intuitive operation and interaction. Its locking cargo box opens and closes fully automatically, shows whether it is open or closed, has interior lighting, and takes shelves at three heights (120, 240 and 360 mm from the bottom). Obstacle safety comes from a 3D LiDAR for environment recognition, a 2D LiDAR for 360-degree obstacle detection, a depth camera and a bumper. The robot measures 560 x 540 x 1,220 mm with a 340 x 308 x 410 mm cargo box and carries 30 kg at up to 1.0 m/s. A 29.4 V, 54 Ah battery gives up to 8 hours of operation with automatic or manual charging in under 3 hours; it crosses steps of +/-20 mm and gaps of 35 mm, climbs 5-degree slopes, and works at 0-40 C, up to 80% humidity and 100-1,000 lx, over Wi-Fi and LTE.
