MANIFESTO Hand is Motorica's multi-grip bionic forearm prosthesis. Controlled by surface EMG sensors that read the user's muscle activity, its fingers move independently through 17 configurable gestures shown on the product page - among them fist, pinch, key grip, glass grip, pronation and supination - with 23 individual gestures listed in its specifications. The hand opens up to 132 mm, lifts up to 15 kg, rotates passively up to 180 degrees with an optional quick-disconnect 360-degree rotator, and is protected to IP52. It runs from five hours - about 1,000 grips - per charge at 7.4 V and recharges in five to six hours. Motorica gives the weight as from 780 g for the prosthesis and 500-560 g for the hand without socket. It is intended for users aged 12 and over and works at +5 to +35 C.
