The JOZ-Tech is JOZ's robust, high-capacity manure robot for almost any cubicle barn, cleaning manure alleys, waiting areas and wider alleys automatically at the times the farmer chooses. It turns on its own axis, so it cleans narrow alleys and crossings thoroughly, and it carries JOZ's cow-protection system. Floor transponders guide it along an unlimited number of routes without needing a guide wall, and it runs for up to about 13.5 hours, covering up to 10,800 m2 a day. The JT 200 is 1,430 mm long, 730 mm wide without scraper and weighs 520 kg with its scraper, while the JT 200 Evo sprayer version adds two 50-litre water tanks; scraper widths run from 100 to 210 cm. A 24 V, 110 Ah battery is recharged, and the water tanks refilled, automatically at the charging station, and the robot is monitored around the clock through the JOZ Management System.
