Jianghuai Embodied Intelligent Charging Robot

BESCHREIBUNG
This is a mobile charging robot: instead of a vehicle driving to a charger, the charger drives to the vehicle. It combines multi-sensor fusion with a high-precision camera and multi-line LiDAR for positioning, obstacle recognition and fully autonomous operation in busy, changing environments — a bus depot or a large car park is full of moving vehicles and people, which is the hard part of the problem. Positioning is to ±2 cm by SLAM, but the plug itself is placed to ±0.03 mm repeatability with ±0.2 mm visual recognition accuracy, because inserting a connector leaves no margin. It weighs 120 kg unladen, carries 10 kg or more, works within a 945 mm radius, moves between 0.2 and 1.5 m/s, climbs 15 degrees and crosses 100 mm obstacles, running three hours and sealed to IP65 against ambient light and weather. Users book a charge and watch progress through an interface, and the open architecture integrates with depot management systems, IoT platforms and third-party services. Jianghuai targets bus depots, logistics parks, underground car parks, motorway service areas, ports and nuclear or chemical plants.
