The RXR-MC100BGD is Guoxing's electric answer to its diesel heavyweights: 100 litres per second reaching 90 metres from a 1.2 tonne battery-electric machine rated Ex d[ib]IIBT4Gb, so it can work in an explosive atmosphere without an engine. Guoxing calls it four-wheel drive, but the drive units are four independently powered rubber track assemblies rather than wheels — the vendor's own product page titles it a '4wd track' robot — and that arrangement is what gives it a 450 mm obstacle crossing, second only to the M150GD, while turning back in place rather than needing room to manoeuvre. It is also the fastest of the large firefighting machines at 6.5 km/h. The detail that distinguishes it operationally is small but telling: its camera follows the water cannon, so the operator sees where the jet is pointed rather than having to aim two things independently — a real difference when working a thousand metres away through a 1080p PTZ feed. It also carries an all-in-one gas detector, a thermal imager, obstacle detection and an audio-visual alarm, wades 400 mm and is sealed to IP67 with the upper electrical assembly at IP65.
