The GESSbot Duo is Gessmann's mobile dual-arm robot: two Techman TM12S collaborative arms mounted on a GESSbot platform, with their controllers and industrial PCs built in. The arms can work independently or in sync, so the Duo can handle both sides of a machining process, run steps in parallel or operate several processes at once for higher throughput. Each arm reaches 1,300 mm and lifts up to 20 kg (12 kg standard), and an integrated vision system recognises objects and supports the process. Gessmann positions it for handling, pick-and-place, assembly and machine tending in collaborative industrial settings.
