Esanav 35 (35/2R) is a large shuttle for stacks of cardboard in different formats, carrying up to 3,500 kg outdoors on a concrete track with a 4% gradient. It navigates inertially with a gyroscope and magnetic pads embedded in the floor, loads and unloads at the front on a single roller conveyor, and closes front and rear automatic shutter doors to protect the load from bad weather, also operating steps at the gates. Like Esatroll's other vehicles it is designed and built in-house in Switzerland and adapted to each customer's plant, and it can be run by Esatroll's customised supervisor, which takes calls from workstations, assigns vehicles, manages right of way and load delivery and logs activity.
