Shenzhen Cyborg Robot Co., Ltd.
Shenzhen Cyborg Robot Co., Ltd. (深圳赛博格机器人) builds heavy-load bionic humanoids for hazardous industrial work, and that specialisation is the whole positioning: rather than competing on general capability it targets the high-risk, high-load jobs people should not be doing. Its flagship Cyborg-R01 carries 20 kg across two arms with a peak joint torque of 411 N·m, and the company claims an autonomy rate above 90 per cent with a failure rate below 0.1 per cent. Two proprietary technologies underpin it: the OMCI whole-body multi-contact intelligent control system, and TendonFlex, a bionic tendon drive. Alongside the humanoid it sells the Cyborg-H01 and H02 dexterous hands and a Cyborg-W01 wheeled robot, and reports an ecosystem of more than fifty partners. It is based in the Shenzhen Tsinghua University Research Institute building in Nanshan District, and its legal representative is Dr. Dong Dianbiao.

Shenzhen Intelligence.Ally Technology Co., Ltd. (Allybot)
Allybot (Shenzhen Intelligence.Ally Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Shenzhen company that makes commercial cleaning robots. Founded in July 2015, it began with navigation controllers and driverless vehicles, built its first commercial cleaning robot in 2019 and in July 2021 unveiled the C2, which it describes as the industry's first modular-design cleaning robot. Its robots scrub, vacuum, sweep and mop hard floors autonomously in offices, hospitals, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, airports and campuses, using its own multi-sensor 3D navigation stack, which it says maps areas of up to 10 km2 with centimetre-level positioning. The current range is the C3 Mini for 100-1,000 m2, the C2 for 1,000-2,000 m2 and the C2 Pro with an automatic docking station for 2,000-10,000 m2. Allybot reports more than 200 units ordered by 2022 and the industry's largest single export order for commercial cleaning robots in 2023, and is building service networks across Europe, North America, Australia and Asia, exhibiting at ISSA, Interclean and the Canton Fair.

Shenzhen XCANBOT Intelligent Robotics Co. Ltd.
XCANBOT (Shenzhen Xingcan Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd) is a Chinese home-robotics company founded in March 2025 in Shenzhen, with the stated mission of redefining family life. It raised an angel round of tens of millions of yuan in its founding year, says about 90% of its staff are in R&D, and describes a core team drawn from Baidu, Huawei and Ecovacs with CVPR competition-winning computer-vision experience and mass-production background. Its technology rests on two in-house systems it markets as a 'large brain, small brain' architecture: XcanSense 5D, a multimodal perception system, and XcanBrain, its intelligent computing platform and home-care model, with XcanMotion handling motion control. The company says the perception system lets its robots work out of the box, without boundary wires or complex setup. Its product lines are boundary-free robotic lawn mowers - in August 2025 it presented two models, which it says made it the only robotics company to launch both 360-degree mechanical lidar and solid-state lidar sensing at once - a wheeled companion robot with an arm for elderly care, and the Xcan Wheelchair bot. It also supplies partners with modules and complete machines: in October 2025 it signed an exclusive agreement to provide Dongguan Jiahang Industrial with complete mower-robot solutions. Its CEO is Li Zhanbin.
