The W2 is the yobot family's service model — a 167 cm wheeled robot with a humanoid head and torso and a 21.5-inch touchscreen worn on its chest, built to work in spaces full of people. It combines multi-turn dialogue with autonomous navigation and dynamic obstacle avoidance, moving at up to 2 m/s and holding its position to within 3 cm. Openmind aims it squarely at healthcare: round-the-clock medical-insurance policy consultation and patient guidance, where it answers questions with a claimed 99% success rate under document retrieval and 95% speech-recognition accuracy, taking routine enquiries off medical staff. The screen is not decoration — it shows the robot's own position on a loaded digital map, streams live depth-camera video, and prints each visitor's question in a dialogue box so a spoken exchange stays visible and checkable, with touch input as a fallback when speaking is awkward. A 3D LiDAR, two depth cameras, ultrasonic sensors and an IMU handle navigation, and four hours of runtime comes from a 60 Ah pack.
