描述

The Olympic Arm is Nauticus Robotics' work-class subsea manipulator, and its defining claim is that it runs entirely on electricity. Nauticus states it matches the power of work-class hydraulic manipulators while surpassing them in manoeuvrability, without the hydraulic power unit and fluid those arms require. The base package includes Absolute Position Sensing, Direct Cartesian Control and Subsea Tool Changing, so the operator commands a position in space rather than driving joints individually and the arm can swap tools underwater. Nauticus offers a Supervised Autonomy package on top, adding Environmental Perception, Autonomous Behavior with Checks and Tetherless Operation.

功能特色

  • Fully electric work-class subsea manipulator - no hydraulics
  • Matches hydraulic work-class power with greater manoeuvrability
  • Absolute Position Sensing
  • Direct Cartesian Control
  • Subsea Tool Changing
  • Optional Supervised Autonomy package: Environmental Perception, Autonomous Behavior with Checks, Tetherless Operation
