描述

The MAX-150-2.0-P is MABI Robotic's 6-axis high-precision industrial robot with a 150 kg payload and a 2,000 mm work envelope, reaching stiffness equal to three times its payload for demanding additive and subtractive manufacturing. The Precision variant has 29-bit optical secondary encoders on all six axes, giving pose accuracy of 0.15 mm, pose repeatability of 0.05 mm, multi-directional pose accuracy of 0.02 mm and backlash of 0.005 degrees. Process applications with dynamic forces and fast movements therefore need far fewer corrective passes. It runs on a Siemens SINUMERIK ONE CNC with integrated CAx and offline programming in G-code. The robot weighs 1,125 kg without its controller, has a 1,250 x 750 mm footprint, is rated IP65 and runs on 380-480 VAC from +5 to +45 C, with a manual brake release in the robot socket. MAX linear rails and machining tables can be added later.
