Knighthawk 2.0 is Paladin's own NDAA-compliant, US-made autonomous drone for drone-as-first-responder (DFR) programs, designed for rapid emergency response. Paladin quotes a 70-second response and a cruising speed of more than 70 km/h, and the drone streams real-time video and data so that police and fire commanders can assess the situation before personnel arrive. It flies for more than 40 minutes, carries a camera with 10x optical zoom and uses 5G/LTE cellular data links, which Paladin says give it effectively unlimited range for control and 3-5 miles of travel on a single charge. Knighthawk integrates with Paladin's Watchtower drone-operations software and the Paladin EXT LTE connectivity system, and Paladin supports agencies with FAA waivers, including beyond-visual-line-of-sight (BVLOS) operations.
