描述

iSAGEBOT's forklift robot handles standard containers and pallets, and the feature it is sold on is the vision system mounted on top: it performs autonomous secondary stacking without human intervention, meaning it can place a load onto another load rather than only onto the floor. It lifts 1,500 kg to a height of 3,000 mm, weighs a tonne itself and measures 1,978 by 1,440 by 2,505 mm. Laser navigation gives 10 mm positioning accuracy, it travels at 1.2 m/s, and it manages 8 percent gradients empty or 6 percent loaded. Safety is an emergency stop button, a physical safety bumper and LiDAR, with a 3 m detection range.
