The HPA 05 is a heavy-duty automated guided vehicle from Syscon Robotics' HPA platform, which the company says covers payloads of up to 200 tonnes across the family. This model carries up to 5 tonnes on a 1,800 x 2,500 x 1,155 mm (W x L x H) body and follows magnetic guide paths, with its top structure customised to the customer's process. Syscon has built heavy AGVs since its early years - it exported a 30-tonne AGV to Brazil in 2014 - and the HPA is coordinated with its AMRs through the same fleet-control software.
