CoSi is Li-Gong's machine-tending robot: a collaborative arm on a compact cart that parks alongside a CNC machine and loads it around the clock. Its modular design covers different part shapes and sizes across CNC machines, EDM machines and CMM equipment, and it is CE certified for safe fenceless human-machine collaboration. The XOS operating system handles drawing and process viewing, AI-driven parts recognition, automatic work-order issuance and real-time production reporting. Li-Gong's headline claim is deployment speed — one minute for a product changeover, fifteen minutes to redeploy and two hours to running production, against the five hours the robot it replaced needed at one aerospace customer. That customer's CoSi-10T carries a 36-position chessboard storage container feeding 24-hour unattended machining of aluminium, stainless steel and alloy parts at micron-level precision; across published case studies CoSi cut a six-machine three-shift cell from nine workers to three, saving 600,000 RMB a year.
