The CleaniBot S55 Pro is OrionStar Robotics' fully automated commercial floor cleaner. What distinguishes it from a conventional scrubbing robot is that it does not do one job: the InstantClean Floor Care System sweeps, scrubs, vacuums, mops, self-cleans and disinfects in a single cycle, switching modes automatically rather than needing an operator to choose one. It is a low, wide machine at 650 x 580 x 550 mm and 70 kg, carrying 22 litres of clean water and 15 litres of waste, and it needs 700 mm of clear width. Six cleaning modes are available and runtime depends heavily on which one is running: 4.5 hours scrubbing or 3.5 hours power scrubbing, 4.5 hours sweeping and vacuuming, 19.5 hours in ECO vacuum mode and 28 hours dust mopping. Charging takes under four hours. Rated efficiency is 1,197 square metres an hour when scrubbing and 1,368 when not. Fifteen sensors give 360-degree obstacle avoidance and the robot brakes within 30 mm at full speed; its lidar maps areas up to 10,000 square metres. Noise is 55 dB at one metre, which OrionStar puts 20 to 30 dB below the industry standard - the figure that decides whether a machine can run during opening hours. The design is modular so cleaning tools can be swapped, the waste tank lifts out with a strainer, and fleets are managed from the cloud with over-the-air updates.
