GEREON is ARX Robotics' medium-sized, modular unmanned ground vehicle, developed with input from serving soldiers and used in combat. It runs under manual control or supervised autonomy, and tool-free payload swaps through the ARX modular system switch it between logistics resupply, casualty evacuation, ISR, combat support with weapon stations and counter-UAS roles without changing the platform. GNSS-independent autonomy keeps it working in jammed areas, and its low silhouette and IR coating make it hard to detect. It carries up to 500 kg, travels at 15 km/h with a range of 40 km and up to 72 hours of operating time, recharges in 2.5 hours (with rapid battery swap for continuous operation), and is controlled at up to 4 km with thermal night-vision cameras. Supervised autonomy lets a single soldier task several vehicles at once, and the platform connects to ARX's Mithra OS.
