Alpha Signature is a wheeled service and delivery robot from Alphadroid, built for hotels, restaurants, retail stores, hospitals and airports. Alphadroid files it under its mobile robots and describes it as a load delivery robot. It combines tray delivery, greeting visitors and giving directions in one machine. The robot has a column of open shelves for carrying food, drinks and amenities, a small face screen with an AI voice assistant on top, and a large portrait display on the front for advertising and brand messages. A LiDAR sensor in the base lets it map the venue and move through crowds, and facial recognition lets it greet people as they approach. It also has a speaker, an LED light belt and what the maker calls a U-stable chassis. In hotels it brings items to guest rooms and can use lifts to do so. Alphadroid says its robots connect to hotel PMS, hospital HMIS, CRM and ERP systems through APIs, and that runs are tracked on analytics dashboards. The maker does not publish numeric specifications for this model. Its hospitality pages list Alpha Signature as a deployed product, and the site carries a testimonial from DoubleTree by Hilton Gurugram Baani Square about an Alphadroid robot delivering water, newspapers and snacks in the lobby.
