The AiD-H85 is AiDrones' RPAS (remotely piloted aerial system) helicopter, with an intermeshing double-rotor design that needs no tail rotor, giving high stability and reliability and a lift capacity of 50 kg. It navigates preplanned routes and can fly its mission fully autonomously from take-off to landing, and is designed for short- to mid-range work, with an endurance of up to 4 hours when carrying light payloads of up to 5 kg. The helicopter can be customised with daylight and thermal cameras, surveying and mapping sensors, environmental sensors or spraying equipment, for industrial inspection and monitoring, agricultural, maritime and geographical surveying, geophysical exploration, border control and law enforcement, search and rescue, fire detection, disaster monitoring and aerial communications relay.
