The Potensic ATOM is the model that introduced a true brushless 3-axis gimbal to the range - mechanical stabilisation rather than electronic cropping, which is the difference that shows up most in handheld-grade footage. The gimbal carries a Sony CMOS shooting 4K at 30 fps and 12 MP stills across a tilt range of +20 to -90 degrees. Visual tracking recognises a moving subject and will follow or orbit it, and QuickShots supply Pull-away, Rocket, Circle, Spiral and Boomerang moves. PixSync 3.0 holds the video link out to 6 km. Flight time is 32 minutes, with an optional fast-charging hub filling three batteries in about 90 minutes. Level 5 wind resistance keeps it hovering steadily at 10.7 m/s. Camera settings - ISO, shutter, white balance, resolution and frame rate - are all adjustable, and it flies from the PotensicPro app on iOS 11 or Android 7.0 and above.
