The Pipe Trekker A-200 is the CCTV pipe crawler that Deep Trekker describes as the trenchless industry's first truly portable, battery-operated crawler system. It inspects pipes from 8 inches (200 mm) and centres its camera in pipes up to 36 inches (900 mm), is fully submersible to 50 m, and drives at up to 24 m per minute on magnetically coupled drives with modular wheel kits. Its stainless steel and machined aluminium body with a sapphire lens cover carries a pan-and-tilt camera on a motorized lift arm, floodlights and a sonde, with incline, roll, leak and distance-counter sensors. Batteries give up to 8 hours of work, with hybrid power for truck use, and the kit packs into two rugged Pelican cases with a weatherproof controller. Depending on wheels and arm position it measures 152 to 459 mm wide, 141 to 551 mm tall and 552 to 747 mm long and weighs up to 29.3 kg, and software supports NASSCO PACP reporting and GIS integration. It is sold as S and X packages.
