Morello OMNI AGV is the automated version of Morello's OMNI multidirectional battery-powered heavy-duty transporter, which Morello calls its flagship model. Its multidirectional wheels let it move sideways, diagonally and rotate on the spot, so heavy loads can be positioned precisely in tight plant layouts. The AGV layer drives it without an operator along engineered routes, integrated with ERP, MES and WMS systems over protocols such as OPC-UA, with safety zoning to ISO 3691-4 and fleet charging strategies. Morello has delivered omnidirectional AGVs for indoor and outdoor work, including 40, 46 and 68 tonne units shown on its site.
