The YUKA mini 2 replaces RTK entirely with LiDAR, which is the point of the model: no RTK, no signal issues, and no dependence on a clear view of the sky. Its 360-degree LiDAR has a 2,362 inch range and covers a 0.25 acre lawn at inch-level precision. Mapping runs once automatically and no-go zones are generated from it without the owner drawing them. A 6.1 Ah battery covers 2,690 square feet of mowing per charge, and rear-wheel drive handles slopes up to 45 per cent (24 degrees). It navigates pathways as narrow as 21.7 inches. Up to ten lawn maps can be stored in the app's cloud backup, which Mammotion frames around lending the machine between family, neighbours and friends, and a DropMow mode handles quick one-off jobs without setting up a schedule.
