The Lombrico XT Ex-0 is a mini tank-cleaning robot certified for ATEX and IECEx Zone 0, built to work in confined spaces with access points as small as 400 mm (16 inches). Its small size lets it reach areas that are hard to access, and a wide range of accessories makes it versatile for vacuuming solid and sludge sediments in oil storage tanks in refineries and terminals, food silos and biogas plants. It is remotely controlled from a safe area as part of a modular system of robot, ATEX Zone 1 control unit and hydraulic power unit, and carries Zone 0 LED lights and cameras, a non-sparking bronze auger and directable high-pressure nozzles, with options such as combi tools, toothed or straight suction hoses and magnetic or rubber tracks.
