LF15-V is a lifting autonomous mobile robot from DF Automation & Robotics' LF series, a low-profile platform that drives under carts, racks and trolleys, lifts them 60 mm and carries loads of up to 1500 kg around factories and warehouses for round-the-clock operation. The base measures 1145 x 815 x 260 mm, drives at rated speeds of up to 2.0 m/s on a differential drive, and navigates by laser natural features with marker docking accurate to ±10 mm. A 3D camera and 2D obstacle laser scanners detect obstacles, it meets clean-room design requirements, and a 48 V, 27 Ah LiFePO4 battery gives about 8 hours of work after a 1.5-hour charge, by cable or automatic dock. It runs standalone with NavWiz or under the DFleet fleet manager and connects over dual-band Wi-Fi.
