The Geek+ RS Air is a rack-climbing tote-handling robot in the Geekplus RS-Series, launched at LogiMAT 2025 as part of the RoboShuttle V4.0 tote-to-person system. Rather than driving a tall mast across the floor like the other RS robots, the RS Air runs on the racking itself, storing and retrieving totes of up to 40 kg. Geek+ lists a maximum speed of 4 m/s both loaded and empty, a minimum lifting time of 10 s, a minimum aisle width of 1015 mm and a 1400 x 870 mm footprint with a height customised to the rack. In RoboShuttle V4.0 the RS Air works alongside the floor-based RS robots: the RS fleet covers steady demand while RS Air robots add throughput for peaks, and Geek+ claims the combined system gives up to five times the storage capacity. The robot is aimed at high-volume e-commerce, retail and 3PL order fulfillment, and it is scheduled through the Geekplus software suite alongside the rest of the RoboShuttle fleet.
