Dinsaw Pro4 is the fourth-generation Dinsaw service robot from CT Asia Robotics: a white humanoid robot on a wheeled base with an expressive animated face, a pan-and-tilt head, a waist that turns and bends, and two arms with six degrees of freedom each and rubber fingers, so it can greet visitors with a Thai wai, a bow or a handshake. It drives on two front drive wheels with an AI navigation system and ultrasonic sensors and returns to charge by itself. In hospitals it runs a one-stop out-patient (OPD) service: patients insert their national ID card, and the robot pulls their records from the hospital information system, checks entitlements and appointments, records vital signs, asks about symptoms, recommends a clinic, prints a visit slip and queue number and shows the way, with built-in telemedicine video calls through the Patient 360 software. In shops and offices it answers questions by voice, screens visitors with a temperature sensor, runs satisfaction surveys, plays promotional content and lets remote staff take over by video call and drive it from a mobile app. It has a 10.1-inch Full HD touchscreen, 3D and HD cameras, two microphones and stereo speakers, an Intel dual-core computer running Linux, and a 24 V, 1,400 Wh lithium-ion battery; it measures about 50 x 40 x 120 cm and weighs about 50 kg.
