The XOS operating system handles drawing and process viewing, AI-driven parts recognition, automatic work-order issuance and real-time production reporting. That customer's CoSi-10T carries a 36-position chessboard storage container feeding 24-hour unattended machining of aluminium, stainless steel and alloy parts at micron-level precision; across published case studies CoSi cut a six-machine three-shift cell from nine workers to three, saving 600,000 RMB a year.
