The Warsonco Cobot Palletizer is a collaborative-robot palletising cell for end-of-line packaging, sold as a five-model range - WSC-RP30P, RP30LP, RP40P, RP50P and RP60P - separated mainly by payload and reach. Warsonco positions it as a low-cost alternative to a conventional palletising robot for food and pharmaceutical producers, and cites deployments handling frozen goods at -18 C and multi-SKU lines. Payload with the end-of-arm tool fitted runs from 30 kg on the RP30P and RP30LP to 40, 50 and 60 kg on the RP40P, RP50P and RP60P. Working radius moves the other way, from 2,100 mm on the long-reach RP30LP and 1,900 mm on the RP30P and RP40P down to 1,700 mm on the RP50P and 1,600 mm on the RP60P, and palletising height follows the same curve: 2,600 mm on the RP30LP, 2,400 mm on the RP30P and RP40P, 2,200 mm on the RP50P and 2,100 mm on the RP60P, pallet included. Throughput is rated at 8 to 10 cycles per minute depending on model, and Warsonco quotes up to 12 cycles per minute for the range. Every model shares a 3,590 x 1,735 mm footprint and works two palletising zones, so one stack can be changed out while the robot builds the other. Pallets up to 1,300 x 1,300 mm are supported on the 30 and 40 kg models and up to 1,200 x 1,200 mm on the 50 and 60 kg models. Operators configure patterns through a drag-and-drop touchscreen interface rather than robot code, and Warsonco says a new stacking recipe takes about five minutes to build.
