This is the maker's collaborative palletising cell — a complete workstation rather than a bare arm, and the distinction matters because what is being sold is the whole end-of-line station: a six-axis collaborative robot on a cabinet base, a vacuum gripper, a conveyor that detects, classifies and stacks cartons, an HMI, a vacuum generator with gauge detection to catch empty boxes, and an end-buffer detection device that stops misoperation from damaging product. It handles 20 kg, up to 30 kg, across a 1650 mm working diameter, palletising at about ten pieces a minute onto pallets up to 1200 x 1200 x 200 mm. The vertical stroke runs to 1700 mm and optionally 2000 mm, which sets how tall a stack it can build. Repeatability is quoted at ±0.02 mm and the cell is rated IP65, drawing 2500 W at 220 V and weighing 350 kg in a 1260 x 780 mm footprint before conveyor and pallet. Because it is collaborative it can work without fencing, which is the point for a small plant that cannot give up the floor area a guarded cell would need.
