AIM's Conveyor Deck AGVs automate the transfer of goods between conveyor systems and drop zones in high-throughput manufacturing plants and distribution centres, synchronising hand-offs between conveyors and vehicles. Decks can be single, double or right-angle - the right-angle version aligns with the vehicle body and uses a forklift-style three-point turn to interface precisely with conveyors - with motor-in-roller decks for lighter loads, chain-driven live-roller decks for heavier ones, multi-deck configurations and quad travel. They carry up to 18,000 lb (about 8,165 kg) at 30-60 ft/min, handle +/-3 degree gradients, run on lead-acid or lithium batteries with fast-charge auto-docking, work indoors or outdoors and are laser-guided, with AIM's standard safety package of e-stops, obstacle sensors, safety bumpers and speed-dependent scanner fields.
