The PIR-UP200 is CSG Smart's inspection robot for power cable and utility tunnels. It is the core of a system that also includes a firefighting robot, a remote monitoring platform and data servers, carrying high-precision sensors to inspect the tunnel environment and equipment, predict faults and raise emergency fire alarms. Its instrument pod and arm rotate almost 360 degrees for full coverage, and it combines intelligent vision, partial-discharge detection, infrared thermal imaging, environmental sensing and smoke detection. It runs on battery or sliding-contact power along an overhead rail, and its expert diagnosis tracks equipment trends for early warning.
