Ortez 3.5.6 is Android Technics' robotic complex for restoring movement of the upper and lower limbs after stroke or with post-traumatic or post-operative paresis. Interchangeable orthotic modules for the shoulder, knee and ankle mount on a universal drive unit carried by a wheeled mobile stand. Depending on the module, it passively flexes and extends the joint in response to commands from a brain-computer interface, giving proprioceptive and tactile feedback when the patient imagines the movement, or assists the movement in response to myosensors when the patient partially tenses the muscles, and performs functionally useful everyday movements.\nAll modules move in the vertical plane: the shoulder module through 0-180 degrees, the knee 0-120 degrees and the ankle -20 to +20 degrees. The shoulder, knee and ankle modules weigh up to 10, 8 and 6 kg, the universal drive module 6.5 kg with 6 arc-minute kinematic accuracy, and the 1,500 x 800 x 700 mm mobile stand 40 kg. The control and power unit outputs 24 V DC at 8 A, links by USB 2.0, is ready within 5 minutes and runs at least 45 minutes continuously on 230 V mains. It is listed in Russia's register of industrial products (entry G004-00110-00/04072918, December 2025).
