GC Robotics' industrial inspection robot puts the company's patrol stack on rubber tracks for sites a wheeled machine cannot cross: factory yards, substations and commercial complexes with steps, gratings and broken ground. It combines navigation, perception, AI detection and data management to patrol unattended around the clock, reading instruments, measuring equipment temperature and watching for anomalies. When it finds one it raises a warning and files a report rather than simply recording video. The robot docks and charges itself between rounds, and its findings link into the site's own systems, including fire alarm, security alarm and report management, with an offline deployment option for sites that will not connect a robot to the cloud.
