The Dreame Matrix10 Ultra is a robot vacuum and mop whose defining feature is its Multi-Mop Switching Dock - a dock that stores three different pairs of mop pads and fits the right pair for each room rather than using one pad everywhere. Thermal pads handle living areas, nylon-bristle pads scour kitchen grease and water-absorbing sponge pads take on bathrooms, which Dreame presents as a way to stop cross-contamination between rooms. A three-solution compartment sits alongside it, dosing general floor cleaner, pet-odour solution or wood-floor care automatically according to the floor type. The robot itself draws 30,000 Pa of suction through a HyperStream detangling twin-brush head - a bristled rubber brush for hard floors and a TPU rubber brush for carpet - rated tangle-free with hair up to 50 cm long. It measures 350 x 351 mm and just 89 mm tall with the VersaLift sensor retracted, rising to 111 mm when lifted, so it can pass under low furniture; it weighs 4.7 kg. Navigation is a retractable VersaLift DToF system scanning 360 degrees, paired with AI RGB and 3D structured-light obstacle avoidance that Dreame says recognises more than 240 types of object. ProLeap lets it climb an 8 cm double-layer step or a 4.2 cm single step, and Dual Flex Arm extends the side brush and mop up to 45 mm into corners. The dock measures 416 x 457 x 590 mm and weighs 16.6 kg. It washes the mops with 100 C water through 20 spray nozzles, dries them and the dust bag with hot air via the DashDry system, empties the 310 ml dust box into a 3.2 L bag good for up to 100 days, and refills the robot from a 5.5 L clean-water tank into a 4.0 L waste tank. A colour sensor reads the dirty water and re-washes the mops when needed. Carpet handling is automatic: TripleUp raises the mops about 10 mm when vacuuming, and on long-pile carpet the mops detach entirely. Control is through the Dreamehome app or voice.
