AIM's Clamp Truck AGVs move non-palletised, high-value or fragile goods - paper rolls, boxed appliances, furniture components, metal coils, drums and bundled parts - using motorised clamps instead of forks to grip loads securely and reduce product damage, for paper and packaging, consumer goods and manufacturing. Options include an all-electric lift, carton or box clamp attachments and quad travel. The standard configuration handles up to 16,000 lb (about 7,260 kg) with 48-inch clamps, lifts to 110 inches (taller options available) at 6 in/s, travels at up to 250 ft/min, turns in 80 inches, handles +/-3 degree gradients, runs on lead-acid or lithium batteries with fast-charge auto-docking and is laser-guided indoors or outdoors, with AIM's standard e-stop, obstacle-sensor, bumper and scanner safety package.
