Shadow Hawk is Gibson Robotics' autonomous quadcopter for security surveillance and reconnaissance, which Gibson calls "the flying security guard". It carries a stabilised pan-tilt-zoom thermal and RGB camera, uses on-board AI to detect, identify and track threats in real time, and flies for up to 50 minutes with a 13 km one-way range and a top speed of 43 km/h. Triple-redundant hardware and software and active internal heating and cooling suit it to defence, law enforcement, major events and critical-infrastructure patrols.
