The CompactMover Conveyor U 400 is a member of Oceaneering Mobile Robotics' forklift family that carries a moveable conveyor instead of forks, transferring single loads - boxes, totes, pallets and small containers - between fixed conveyor systems or roller storage racks at different heights within the same facility. It carries up to 400 kg on an electric spindle mast, with conveyor height adjustable from 428 to 1,600 mm, loads up to 900 x 1,000 mm and a 200 mm/s conveyor speed. Fully electric with no hydraulics, it drives at up to 1.9 m/s to cut transport time, navigates by natural features to plus or minus 10 mm and 1 degree, and runs on a 24 V lithium-ion battery with automatic side charging. The 2,217 x 1,064 x 2,190 mm robot works indoors in mixed fleets, with a safety PLC, three safety lasers for 360-degree coverage, four emergency stops and load position sensors, a touchscreen, Wi-Fi and ANSI B56.5 / ISO 3691-4 compliance.
