The MAX-200-2.5-P is the latest and largest 6-axis industrial robot in MABI Robotic's MAX series, with a 200 kg payload and 2,500 mm range, and it keeps the high accuracy of the smaller models. MABI says it is already in successful industrial production use. Its robust design handles process applications with high dynamic forces and fast movements, achieving good accuracy and high material removal when machining steel or aluminium. Like the rest of the series, the Precision variant carries secondary encoders on all axes; a Basic variant is also offered. It is controlled by a Siemens SINUMERIK ONE (NCU 1750/1760) with integrated CAx and offline programming in G-code. The robot weighs 1,850 kg without its controller, has a 1,250 x 850 mm footprint, is rated IP54 with IP65 at the wrist, runs on 360-440 VAC and works from +5 to +45 C, mounted on the floor or at a 5-degree angle. MAX linear rails and machining tables can be added later.
