説明

The GoPiGo3 is a Raspberry Pi robot car kit from Dexter Industries, built as a complete learning platform rather than a finished robot. Students assemble the chassis themselves — thick acrylic panels, metal motor mounts and soft rubber wheels chosen to survive classroom handling — then drive it from a browser. Its two drive motors carry built-in encoders, so the robot tracks distance and heading accurately enough to drive straight and repeat a manoeuvre. The board exposes five sensor ports (two analog/digital, two I2C, one serial), two servo headers and a camera connector, alongside two programmable front LEDs and two multi-colour LEDs on top. The bundled DexterOS broadcasts its own Wi-Fi network and serves the programming environment over a web browser, so no software has to be installed on the classroom machines. Beginners work in Bloxter, a drag-and-drop language based on Google's Blockly; more advanced users move to Python in Jupyter Notebooks. Dexter Industries sells the GoPiGo3 as a full kit, as a Core kit for people who already own a Raspberry Pi, and as a five-robot classroom set.
