The Geek+ X1200Z is a four-way shuttle storage robot from the Geekplus X-Series. Instead of driving across the warehouse floor, it travels horizontally in four directions along tracks inside three-dimensional racking, lifts loads of up to 1200 kg and carries them to and from storage positions in a multi-level automated storage and retrieval system (ASRS). Its body is only 125 mm tall (1000 x 972 x 125 mm, 270 kg), which lets the racking use narrow aisles and deep lanes; Geek+ says the narrow-body design cuts aisle footprint by about 40%. The shuttle travels at up to 1.5 m/s loaded and 1.6 m/s empty, lifts in as little as 2.5 s with a 35 mm lift stroke, and works with customisable shelf sizes. Geek+ positions the X1200Z for smaller warehouses with racks and small-to-medium items, in B2B and B2C operations that need high storage density together with whole-pallet, original-container and piece picking. Fleets run 24/7 under the Geekplus software suite, use idle time for automatic inventory consolidation, and feed shelf-to-person and pallet-to-person workflows in manufacturing, retail, 3PL, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and cold chain.
