The Geek+ F20MT is an autonomous smart forklift built as a pallet mover: it slides its 1200 mm forks into H-shaped pallets, raises them 120 mm off the floor and carries loads of up to 2000 kg between docks, staging lanes and production lines. It navigates by laser SLAM and is aimed at heavy-duty, floor-to-floor pallet transport rather than racking. Top travel speed is 1.5 m/s, and the forks lift at 35 mm/s with load and 40 mm/s empty. The truck positions pallets to within ±10 mm, drives forward and backward, follows curved paths and spins in place. It accepts 1200x1200, 1200x1000, 1100x1100 and 1200x800 pallets. A 24 V / 150 Ah lithium-ion battery gives 6-8 hours of continuous operation, recharges in under 2.5 hours and is rated for up to 1500 cycles. Two laser radars and a vertical 3D camera detect obstacles; bumper strips are standard and a safety version adds LiDAR plus mechanical anti-collision. Safety is verified to CE and UKCA PLd, and operators use a 10-inch HMI with a swipe-card permission module.
